Lily Pad

Happy Friday my dears! I'm going to keep today's post short (like me!) so let's get right into it shall we? I started with about 3/4 of a mini bottle of TKB's Glamour Base. I followed it up with one scoop of TKB Pennsylvania Green (a slight yellow mid toned green powder pigment with sheen), 2 good sized scoops of Seawitch Green glass fleck, and a little bit less than one scoop of Luminosity holo glitter.  After combining them together, I realized this polish reminder me of a lily pad, a shimmery sparkly lily pad. Check it out!

Oh hai green glass fleck, so nice to see you!

If I were to recreate this polish again, I think I would use a different color glass fleck to help it stand out. But, overall, I think it'd be a great, fresh, Spring polish. Swatches shows three coats and one coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dry.

Well, that's all for today my loves. Short and sweet like I promised! I have some pretty awesome polishes that I can't wait to show you, so stay tuned. See you on Monday! But until then, remember to keep it classy and creative!

  1. Beautiful green! I do like it how it is, but a stronger glassfleck would certainly only amplify its beauty. There aren't nearly enough glassflecks in the world, anyway :)
